Delivery (Shipping) Policy

PractiSci sells digital access only. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges or delivery delays.

How you receive what you buy

• Access: your plan is activated on your account right after the payment is confirmed, normally within seconds and at most within 15 minutes. You can open the labs on the website and in the Android app with the same login.
• Invoice: an invoice (PDF) is e-mailed to your registered address and can be downloaded from Account → Payment history.
• Where: anywhere with internet access. All prices are in Indian Rupees.

If something goes wrong

If your payment succeeded but the plan is not active after 15 minutes, write to billing@practisci.com with your payment id and we will activate it or refund you as described in the Refund Policy.
