Grievance Redressal

If something is wrong with our service, a payment, your data or any content on the platform, tell us. This page names the officer who handles complaints and the time limits we follow.

How to complain

1. Write to the e-mail above from your registered address, or use the contact form. Please include your name, registered e-mail, what happened, the order or payment id (if any) and what you expect us to do.
2. We send you an acknowledgement with a complaint number within 48 hours.
3. We resolve the complaint within 15 days (and in any case within one month). Complaints about content that is unlawful or violates someone’s rights are acted on as fast as the rules require.
4. If you are not satisfied you can reply to ask for a review by a senior person.

Outside help

• National Consumer Helpline: 1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in
• Consumer Commission (District / State / National) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or e-Daakhil.
• Data Protection Board of India for personal-data complaints, once it is constituted under the DPDP Act, 2023.
• Payment issues: your bank or the RBI Ombudsman if your bank does not resolve a failed or disputed payment.
